Luke has over 20 years of appraisal experience and works primarily in the Lower Mainland region of British Columbia. Luke is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, a graduate of the UBC Sauder School of Business, and a member of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver.

Established in 2019, Vanhousing Appraisals Ltd. provides residential appraisals for financing, litigation and tax purposes.
