Our service area includes all communities in the Lower Mainland and Okanagan.
Appraisal fees are quoted based on purpose and scope of work required. The fees range from a few hundred for a site visit to several thousand for more complex jobs.
Although we consistently experience high order volumes, we will work to accommodate your needs.
Invoices can be paid by ETF or by credit card. The ETF email is account@vanhousing.ca
