Vanhousing Appraisals is a Vancouver-based appraisal firm specializing in residential appraisals for financing, litigation and tax purposes. Luke Venhuizen is the owner and lead appraiser at the firm. We work with a team of independent appraisers and each appraiser we work with is specialized in a particular area.

Luke Venhuizen is an accredited member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, a graduate of the UBC Sauder School of Business, and a member of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver. Over the past 20 years, Luke has focused his work on residential development projects and unique and complex residential properties around Vancouver. On several occasions, Luke has served as an expert valuation witness at the BC Supreme Court.
We’re looking to hire an AIC Candidate Member.
This is a mentorship opportunity which involves a mix of working from home and driving around to visit various properties in the lower mainland.
